This Privacy Policy describes how VOICEWELL LLC ("Voicewell," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through voicewell.ai (the "Site") in connection with reselling the AI receptionist platform operated by AI Front Desk, Inc.
#1. Who we are; reseller relationship
Voicewell is a Texas limited liability company with its registered address at 3515 Maymist Drive, Katy, TX 77449, United States. Voicewell is an authorized reseller of the AI receptionist platform operated by AI Front Desk, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in California (the "Platform Provider"). The AI receptionist service — including telephony, voice generation, transcription, call recording, data storage, AI models, dashboards, and all related infrastructure (the "Platform") — is owned, operated, and controlled by AI Front Desk, Inc. Voicewell does not own, host, or operate the Platform.
#2. Platform Provider's privacy practices
The Platform Provider's privacy practices apply to all data processed through the Platform, including call audio, transcripts, voicemails, caller phone numbers, recordings, dashboard account data, CRM entries, and call analytics. The Platform Provider's privacy policy is published at https://www.myaifrontdesk.com/privacy-policy. By using the Platform through Voicewell, you also become subject to the Platform Provider's privacy practices, and you acknowledge that the Platform Provider — not Voicewell — is the entity that processes and stores that data.
#3. Information Voicewell collects directly
Voicewell collects only the information you submit to us directly through this Site or through your billing relationship with us, namely: (a) information you enter on our forms, including name, business name, email, phone, industry, and any message you write; (b) billing and account information you provide to set up a subscription with Voicewell, processed through our payment processor; (c) limited technical data automatically collected by our website, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and strictly necessary cookies; and (d) communications you send us by email or contact form.
Information you enter inside the Platform itself — including call settings, scripts, recordings, transcripts, caller data, CRM contacts, calendar bookings, and any other content processed by the AI agent — is collected and stored by the Platform Provider, not by Voicewell, and is governed by the Platform Provider's Privacy Policy.
#4. How Voicewell uses information
We use the information we collect directly to respond to inquiries, set up and bill your subscription, send transactional emails about your account, send marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time, secure our Site against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not have routine access to your call recordings, transcripts, or other Platform data.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information collected by Voicewell is used solely to operate the Service, respond to your inquiries, and send transactional or account-related messages you have requested.
#5. Sharing
Voicewell shares the information it collects only with: (a) AI Front Desk, Inc., as necessary to provision and bill your Platform account; (b) payment processors such as Stripe for billing; (c) email and analytics service providers used to operate the Site; (d) law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities when required by law; and (e) a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you.
#6. Your rights
To the extent we hold personal information about you, you may request access, correction, or deletion of that information, or opt out of marketing communications, by emailing privacy@voicewell.ai. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA. For information held inside the Platform — including call recordings, transcripts, CRM data, retention periods, security, and AI behavior — direct your request to the Platform Provider at contact@myaifrontdesk.com, since that information is under their control. We will route requests when possible.
#7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
#8. International transfers
The Site is operated from the United States. Information processed by Voicewell and by the Platform Provider is stored in the United States.
#9. Children
The Site and the Platform are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" and "Effective" dates at the top of the page reflect the most recent change.
