What we collect

Account information you provide (business name, contact info), call recordings and transcripts processed on your behalf, and standard product analytics.

How we use it

To deliver the Voicewell service, train your AI receptionist, send you reports, and improve our product.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share with sub-processors (telephony, AI inference, hosting) only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You can request deletion at any time.
